This is work that I did as experiements as the title of this blog suggests. A lot of this work would have never left my sketchbook. Now it has an online life of it’s own.

This was my first ever woodcut! Don’t worry, it won’t be the last.

The circus came to town and when it did it brought elephants! Left chained in a  near by parking lot they were an interesting addition to Portland.

This was a weird idea I had about silkscreening sugarlift on to an etching plate. This was the best result out of all the tests. I like the texture the silkscreen gives the image.
